I’m Erika (she/her), I have a passion for empowering organizations to resource and advance the impact of grassroots and social justice movements. The Fundraising Collaborative LLC, was created to transform normative fundraising practices and principles which are too often in direct conflict with organizational missions invoking scarcity, donor-centrism, and competition. The Fundraising Collab chooses to do fundraising differently. I bring a deep rooted-power analysis to this work, mobilizing resources using strong collaboration and the leveraging of our own collective networks to sustain movements for the long-haul.

What is your fundraising coaching approach?
My fundraising coaching is grounded in a deep power analysis and is intentionally less rigid than traditional models. Sessions are guided by what is coming up for you: your goals, challenges, relationships, and growth edges while building skills, confidence, and clarity over time. I center collaboration, reflection, and an abundance mind-set to reframe fundraising practices and principles.
Do you help with grants and proposals?
Yes. I can support organizations with grant strategy, proposal development, and funder relationship planning, with a focus on alignment, storytelling, and long-term partnership rather than transactional fundraising. If direct grant writing services are needed, I work with network trusted sub-contractors to provide this service.
Who do you work with?
I have over 15 years of experience supporting business, individual nonprofits, coalitions and multi-entity organization fundraising efforts, including shared strategy development, role clarity, and collective funder engagement.
How long do clients usually work with you?
Some clients work with me for a short-term project, while others engage in longer-term coaching or retainer relationships. The length depends on your goals and organizational needs.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies depending on the scope, timeline, and type of support needed. I offer project-based fees, monthly retainers, and coaching packages. I aim to be transparent and work within realistic budgets whenever possible.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. I offer a complimentary initial consultation to explore fit, understand your needs, and determine whether working together makes sense. The consultation is a chance to discuss your goals, challenges, and current fundraising landscape. It’s not a full strategy session, but you’ll leave with clarity on next steps and whether my support is right for you.
